If you are having difficulties downloading the prints for the project you wish to bid on, try the following:

Turn your pop-up blocker off

Navigate to and click on “Tools" on your "Menu Bar". Select "Internet Options" in the dropdown box. Select the "Privacy" tab at the top, and uncheck turn on pop-up blocker. Then click "Ok".

Update Adobe Acrobat Reader (double-click)

Update your Internet explorer (double-click)

If you need to convert drawings into other formats for yourself, but you do not have the programs to do so try downloads.com. Downloads.com provides fee trial software for your use. Most of the programs only allow you to get 30 days free trial, but you can do a lot in 30 days. I have personally found DeskPDF and Adobe Acroplot to be very useful programs.

If you hear or see any computer technical words that you do not understand I would encourage you to check out webopedia.com. Webopedia.com is basically a computer technology encyclopedia.
